Awesome pic with terrific writing. Bravo !!
Just cant help sharing my memories in Bhaluka. It was our departmental picnic. When we reached there found some half old age gang (35-50yrs old) enjoying their time with slow old folk songs in one side of the nasty pond.

Our heavy-metal musical instruments were ready on other side of the pond. While our performers were busy with tuning…. Some of our junior brat make a queue & started
Roaming around those UNCLE-AUNTS. Actually they were shouting loudly altogether to ruin their seating, to attenuate old song & they succeeded indeed.

What they shouted u know?? It was- BODNA! BODNA!!!
No doubt I was there in the think tank. And in the preliminary battle of old & modern music….we won. Yeah!!

For the foreign visitors…. BODNA is used in Bangladeshi Toilet to hold water;)

HAHAHAHA... thanks anon for sharing such ur interesting experience in such a hilarious way!

But I personally favor the old folk music as it has more meaningful lyrics than most of the modern-aged craps (sorry, i don't mean all, but some are really craps with lyrics that have nothing to do with real life)

Thanks anyways. All the best :)

Oh, It was really gloomy as our expectation was high reaching there! We better would go to Gajipur could have enjoyed a lot. I'm surely doubtful about this picture, here the water is not as nice as it looks. Picnic should have been in a great looking place where the nature is natural. After all, We, all enjoyed the journey singing and shouting.
